With this announcement, we’ll go over:
- Boss Rush demo.
- Voice acting stretch goal.
- More Metroidvanias on Kickstarter.

Boss Rush demo is now on Steam

We’re happy to announce that our ‘Boss Rush’ demo is now available to play on Steam. It’s different to the stretch goal ‘Boss Rush Mode’ unlocked last week but you’ll get a sneak of what’s to come in the new mode.

You’ll encounter 3 rare hunts and some of the monsters of the environments, and with you will be 3 Fated Bonds: Bjorn, Efimer and Trystan.

We featured this demo at Gamescom and the response was great! People loved the art - we had a lot of people stop and stare while people played the demo. Even the little wanderers enjoyed it!

We had speedrunners complete the demo in 9m 21s, and no one managed to complete a flawless run. Let us know how you do in the comments below.

We think you’ll have a lot of fun with this and experience a taste of what's to come with Fallen Tear: The Ascension.

More voices in the world of Raoah

We are edging closer to our 3rd stretch goal! The next stretch goal will add more English & Japanese voice acting into the world of Roaha.

The voice acting in the game right now includes some basic interactions within the game and with the stretch goal, we plan to have more interactions with the Fated Bonds and Hira, in game cutscenes and other main events that would elevate the scenes in game. We think this will add more feeling and depth to our characters, and help expand your experience when playing Fallen Tear: The Ascension.

Exciting News: Freebies, Clarifications, and a Sold Out Tier!

Hi Wanderers! Very exciting news: we have a small, new update for you. Adding a few freebies to the Hunter Tier! 🎉 Now, all the backers at this level will receive a tote bag and button pin set with their rewards.

Kickstarter limitations, unfortunately, don't allow us to edit reward descriptions for each tier in order to reflect these additions. Not to worry; we guarantee that all backers who pledge at least to the Hunter Tier will receive these items during reward shipping!

There are no more items added to the Ranger Tier at the moment due to the cost of production, which includes the Collector's Edition, Vinyl Record, and other physical rewards that come with it.

Finally, we'd like to clarify something that came up repeatedly in the comments: the difference with the physical copy of the game. What this means is that any backer level, starting from Ranger Tier and beyond, will be sent the Collector's Edition, while Hunter Tier and under will get the Standard Edition. 

We've also just sold through our entire Champion Hunter Tier! 
There was a bug at the time of our Kickstarter launch where the estimated delivery date said November 2024, instead of November 2025, so don't worry. Sorry about any confusion; thank you for your patience.
